Code of Conduct
1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct sets out the standards of behaviour, professionalism, and integrity expected of all individuals representing PROTECTIVE TRAVELS®.
2. Scope
This Code applies to:
Employees
Contractors and operatives
Consultants and agency staff
Partners and representatives acting on behalf of the company
Compliance with this Code is a condition of engagement.
3. Professional Behaviour
All representatives are expected to:
Act honestly, ethically, and with integrity
Conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner
Uphold the reputation and interests of the company
Exercise sound judgement at all times
4. Confidentiality and Discretion
Confidentiality is fundamental to our work. All client, operational, and business information must be protected and not disclosed without authorisation.
Confidential obligations continue after the termination of engagement.
5. Respectful Conduct
Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of engagement.
6. Compliance with Law and Policy
All individuals must comply with applicable laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements.
7. Conflicts of Interest
Actual or potential conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly to senior management.
8. Fitness for Duty
Individuals must be fit for duty at all times and free from impairment caused by alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
9. Reporting Concerns
Concerns regarding breaches of this Code or unethical conduct should be reported to:

Reports made in good faith will be treated seriously and without retaliation.
10. Breaches
Breaches of this Code may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment, contract, or professional relationship.
11. Review
This Code is reviewed periodically to ensure continued relevance.
